Cristy went in April 2004 to TN to be with Dancing for
Him Ministries. She is daily volunteering in their office work
& ministry in Lawrenceburg TN, and training in the dance worship arts
and prophetic ministry. (read
more about the dance program) She has learned so much
through this time, already - she is doing videography, editing,
copying of their videos & DVD's, inventory, orders, and
shipping. She has really loved the pilates classes and
training in the various dance and workout classes. You may
help her by donating finances to
cover her expenses. She will be staying until the end of July
2004 - and returning after several months back at home in Windsor.
Melissa is continuing to complete her professional training in
pursuit of her destiny. She is looking forward also to attend
a professional trade show to learn more and see the industry.
She wants to open her own salon. In the mean time she is
graduating from Secondary School, and assisting in the Worship Arts
School. She attends the Spirit of Excellence 'leadership'
class and setups for the product table and creative arts center for
the students. She is completing her Beginner Flag Assessment,
and learning to play the tambourine and dance with streamers.

To train up young people and leaders to be all God has called
them to be, with integrity, excellence in skills and spirit, providing them
with God’s Word, resources and support & opportunities to minister in
their calling. Ministers John & Colleen Kosti have a contemporary
approach to ministry, and you will find them to be one of the most unique
ministries that you will come across this year! They are taking a
generation disillusioned and disgusted by modern trends and dressing them in
the mantel of Kings and Priests! Preparing them as Esthers, Josephs
& Daniels - to be in positions of excellence & leadership, as were
Esther, Joseph and Daniel in their time. They are entering industries
dominated by the secular and the wealthy, and bringing a message of hope and
guidance through Christ. They train and equip artists - musicians -
models - dancers - actors - and those who are a part of creative industries
- to evangelize in their chosen fields. The Queen Esther's Finishing
School provides young men & women ages 7 and up - to experience Godly
wisdom principles of His excellence, grace & beauty.
John uses
his humorous style of presentation to
preach the word of God in truth and power, through metaphoric stories and
modern day parables. He ministers to all ages from young to old - crossing
generational barriers and crossing nationalities and tribal differences -
from rich to poor - handicapped to engineer genius. The message of
Christ and a healing anointing for the broken hearted give life to those who
are destitute or at their end - whatever the present need may be - will
receive help and hope from Christ. His message will be interwoven with the
theme of grace and humility - yet be tough & true enough to "crack
the hard nuts". His heart's focus is on building unity in the
body of Christ, strengthening the Kingdom and working in harmony and flowing
with each other's individual gifts. John's passion is to facilitate
the working together of anointed music and creative arts & movement to
release the prophetic voice of God. John
uses his drums in intercessory prayer and instructs lessons in the drums and
developing your gift.
Colleen creatively links the inner spiritual lessons with outer physical
instruction of poise, appearance, etiquette, conversation skills &
personal grooming. The creative arts (such as drama, painting, crafts,
games, poetry, dance, singing, & flags) are used to bring each lesson
alive.
They encourage you to take a hard look at these up and coming
"out of the box" ministries that are bright lights in dark places. These
ministries are reaching our children, and need your help through prayer,
finances, and support! They provide a training program for those
desiring to learn how to do the same, and be a part of Queen Esther's

Roseville Michigan, personally oversee over 750 churches and ministries
worldwide.

Dr. Sherril Piscopo professional dancer and private school
dance director, personally mentored Colleen, and her
daughters in the ministry of dance, worship arts, and the prophetic.
Rev. Colleen instructs Dr. Sherril’s church dance ministry
in the tambourine and flags instruction on a biweekly and monthly basis.
Dr. Sherril
continues to be a spiritual mentor to Colleen.
q Margrate
Yap of Shachah Ministries International have been a great mentor & role
model to Colleen's ministry of tambourines & flags. Since 1992
Margrate mentored Colleen for years by phone from Maleysia and Texas, until
finally in 2001 Colleen was able to meet Margrate and the Shachah ministry in
New York. There, Colleen and her two daughters and flag team captain
Ellen, completed their flag & tambourine assessments & testings.
It was a wonderful two weeks in New York growing more in the worship arts and
rejoicing with Margrate in person after all these years.
q Rev. Gail
Hoekstra instructed Colleen, Keitha & Cristy in ballet and mime from her
dance studio in Troy, Michigan from 1993 - 1997 The Kosti girls traveled
weekly and often twice a week for Gail's classes, and mentorship in leading a
dance ministry. She has and still is a great inspiration of faithfulness
and wisdom and excellence.
q Colleen
received instructed through weekly dance instruction under Gail Hoekstra Dance
Studio, conferences, workshops and personal training through: Shachah
International, Mimestry Int., Ballet Magnificat, CIC - Tonia King, Anh
Nguyen of HNM Dance Co., Randall Bane, Valerie Henry & Mary Watts Banner
Ministry and Christ for the Nations.
Personal
Histories:

They have been in full time ministry and working since 1997 –
beginning under Jonathon Maracle of Broken Walls Ministry, Tyendenaga Mohawk
Reservation, Ontario Canada.
q After a season they returned to Windsor
for family reasons, and in 2001joined Evangel Christian Churches staff as Children’s
Pastors, in Roseville, Michigan.
q
Choosing to remain living in Windsor, and
follow the Lord's direction in praying for direction with the vision the Lord
had given them, they returned to be members of their home church, Windsor
Christian Fellowship, and are still actively involved in lay ministry there at
Windsor Christian Fellowship.
q
John & Colleen now are an independent non-for-profit organization,
working to help young people and church leadership to develop youth, teens and
congregations to experience a lifestyle of creative worship, and develop the
Spirit of Excellence. Their ties now are with the Global ministry of
Kingdom Network & Dancing for Him www.dancingforhim.com
q
Since 1991 John has actively drummed as part of
the WCF worship band, (Brian Danter and Wind Soar) drummed for their 2nd CD
recording, prayer ministry, home small group teaching ‘Anger Management’.
q
Colleen has been involved with the visual worship arts/flags/dance & prayer ministry.
She began teaching her Esthers Finishing School curriculum at the
church school WCFA in 1991, and continued until 1995. She
still assists in flag and worship arts special presentations at WCF and where
ever she is asked to minister or assist.
q
Colleen began the flag & tambourine ministry at WCF in 1993 - led a
flag team there of children & youth (around 40) for March for Jesus', and
special events. Upon moving to the native reserve in Eastern Ontario, she
trained the church "Desert Stream" in flags & tambourines
and assisted with 5 churches in starting worship arts ministries. In
Roseville MI, she held workshops through ECC and trained up 74 people in the
flag ministry, and a tambourine dance company.
q
Presently Rev. Colleen, founder and vice- president of the Ministry of Role
Modeling the Spirit of Excellence, Inc. works full time at SOE. Their
ministry headquarters are (based out of their Basement Studio which contains the
ministry offices, and classrooms) located in Windsor, Ontario Canada. (see
map)
q
Colleen's holds daily flag & tambourine rehearsals with the
neighbourhood children, and is planning an after school program, to tutor,
feed and provide more instruction in flags & tambourines.
q
John and Colleen have two beautiful daughters and are blessed
with one grand daughter, as shown below.

Using the Spirit of
Excellence and wisdom from the Lord, Colleen is totally dependent upon the
grace of God and His practical wisdom to assist and provide consultations to
help others fulfill their calling. One
present example of this is working with the ministry leaders in India to
provide ways of communicating their vision for establishing a Visual
Worship Arts School, and covering them in prayer and providing strategies to
spiritually plough and prepare their area. Methods
of presenting their message are derived from prayer and Rev. Colleen’s
personal experience – She assists also through providing practical
samples and training, writing sample letters, and developing means of
raising money to enable promotion and communication of their vision.
