To train & provide for creative young people the integrity, resources & connections to further their talent and character development, through becoming role models and mentored at Esthers Modeling & Finishing School.

Esthers Modeling Agency & Finishing School was revamped in July of 2001creating a capsule of  25 years experience from a wide spectrum of expertise and skills. Founded by Colleen Kosti , Aesthetician, Award Winning Makeup Artist and Sculptured Nail Artist, and Salon Owner.  She found herself launched into a career journey beginning in 1979 for many years of fashion modeling, beauty industry, became a College cosmetology & model instructor, to opening her own salons and finally school of beauty arts. She is Multi Award Winning in Makeup/ Nail Artistry and Hand Sculptured Acrylics, and successful with instructing Children in dance, flag twirling & etiquette. She worked with several Fashion Designers and models professionally as well as directing her own School of Beauty Arts - Kosti Beauty Institute.  Kosti Beauty Institute Certifies their graduates in Nail Technology, Makeup Artistry, Colour Analysis, and Wardrobe Consulting.

Colleen has committed her talents to the raising up of Models - role models of excellence in integrity & their creative talent. She trains her students & models in skills needed to build their success.  Recently founding in June of 2003, the Spirit of Excellence, Inc. a non-profit, charitable organization.  

The Esthers Modeling and Finishing School is a mentorship program ! it is not a business - it is a mentorship program to develop manners, self esteem, and intended for personal improvement, and development of skills to increase future opportunities.  It will equip young people to have social graces, confidence and excellent communication skills.  It is a course in being a role model of excellence.  All proceeds of the courses fund charitable work to those who are less fortunate.  

This instruction contains all the different components of her experience in the Fashion/Beauty Industry as well as building the self esteem of young women and  children.  Many components work together to provide training for young people and leaders to be all God has called them to be - with integrity, excellence in skills and spirit, providing them with character building instruction, linked with the outer beauty and presentation skills.  

Colleen believes our young people are worth taking time to invest in.  They are a generation disillusioned and disgusted by modern trends and she is committed to dressing them in the mantel of leaders and world changers!  Preparing them with the finest in training and finishing skills.  Many will be Esthers, Josephs & Daniels - historical leaders from years ago, who have been examples of excellence and favour, as were Esther, Joseph and Daniel in their time. These were historical heroines and hero's - role models of excellence and integrity.   Colleen is entering industries dominated by the secular and the wealthy, and bringing a message of hope and guidance through fulfilling destiny.  

She enjoys training and equipping artists - musicians - models - dancers - actors - and those who are in need of special attention due to their sensitivity and creative minds.  Helping them to be balanced, disciplined and how to be influential and successful in their chosen fields.  

The Queen Esther's Finishing School provides young men & women ages 7 and up - to experience some of the finest training in the world, including skills of grace, beauty, professional image & performance finishing skills and protocol.  Queen Esthers Finishing School creatively links inner character building lessons with outer physical instruction of poise, appearance, etiquette, conversation skills & personal grooming. The creative arts (such as drama, painting, crafts, games, poetry, dance, singing, & flags) are used to bring each lesson alive.  Recently adding a session in sewing basics, mending and ironing clothes and creative projects.  

Colleen presently directs the daily activities at Spirit of Excellence, Inc., co-ordinates the professional services of Esthers Modeling Agency, Photo Shoots, and instructs Esthers Princess-Young-Teen & Queen Classes in manners, modeling, and the Professional Training in makeup & Nail Artistry Techniques. Her background is incorporated to all the classes & workshops offered Aesthetician, Educator in fitness, aerobics & body conditioning, etiquette, award winning makeup & nail artistry, choreography & dance (including flags & streamers).
